If you are visiting Guernsey on business or greeting colleagues arriving on a flight at Guernsey Airport, consider holding your meeting in the terminal building. Save the time spent travelling elsewhere, looking for a parking space and possibly getting frustrated by the whole experience! 

Both conference and training/meeting rooms are located landside,are ideal for holding training courses and provide a great out of town location, with a fantastic view over the runway. Our reasonable hire charges also include free parking, which is plentiful.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility and adaptability to suit individual clients and will work together to provide the required setting and appropriate environment for your needs. Whether it is a board meeting, training courses, an annual conference, product launches or cocktail parties; or a private area to work in a quiet setting, we can create the perfect environment for your business. The rooms boasts air conditioning and natural daylight; we think you will be able to see the difference.  All sorts of people and organisations use our rooms, including charities and non-profit organisations, local authorities and health service groups. Free Wi-Fi is standard throughout the Airport, with an upgrade from Sure International to enhance this facility with better speeds and connection rates expected in 2015.

The conference and training/meeting rooms are both situated on the first floor of the terminal building, accessible by either the staircase or the lift, allowing disabled access, and are well signed. Full catering facilities with a range of refreshments are available to pre-order from the main Airport food concessionaire; Select Service Partners and their Caff√® Ritazza.

The Conference Room can comfortably seat 20 people around tables for a formal meeting setting;or around 40 people in a lecture theatre style format. Full conference services are available to book in advance (at additional cost) and include conference call facilities, IT projection equipment, DVD/VideoPlayer, Internet access points as well as whiteboards/ flipcharts.

The training/meeting room seats up to 12 around tables or about 24 in a lecture format and will shortly include IT projection equipment to compliment whiteboards / flipcharts.
