Dinard in Brittany is a popular French market town, located on the Emerald Coast. Loved by artists, many have been inspired by the beauty of the local vistas including Picasso, Debussy and Oscar Wilde.
Not far away is the fortified port of St Malo. The 17th century old walled town with its cobbled streets and many boutique shops and cafes is well worth a visit.
Less than an hours drive away is the UNESCO world heritage site of Mont Saint-Michel. The tidally accessible island is home to a medieval town and abbey.
