Guernsey Ports (Guernsey and Alderney Airports and Guernsey Harbours) are committed to providing a high quality service to all of our customers and passengers. Your feedback will be used to continuously improve our services we deliver. If you have received excellent service from one of our teams, or think that we could do something better, please let us know.

We recognise from time to time that things can go wrong and we are eager to learn from your experiences. We are especially keen to hear about such instances since they provide us with an opportunity to put things right. Despite our best endeavours, sometimes things can go wrong and we are sorry if you are disappointed with the service that you have received.

Examples of the feedback we can investigate are:

  • Dissatisfaction with the way in which a member of airport staff treated you.

  • A concern over the operation of an aircraft.

  • A perceived failure in concessionaire activities (e.g. retail, cleaning, security).
