Social Media Policy

Guernsey Ports and Guernsey Coastguard uses social media, namely Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, as a method of communicating directly with the public. It enables Ports and Coastguard staff to quickly highlight issues, raise awareness of our work throughout the Bailiwick.

We invite and encourage the public to 'like', 'follow' and provide feedback via these social networking sites.

The Ports and Guernsey Coastguard use of these social media accounts is solely for the purpose of factual communication.
