A Partnership Driving Change

The launch of EVie at Guernsey Harbour has been made possible thanks to a close partnership with the Guernsey Ports team, whose support and collaboration were instrumental in establishing this new location.

With a significant boost in visitor numbers this season, the arrival of EVie is perfectly timed.

Together, Guernsey Ports and EVie are working to embrace new ways of travelling that support the island’s wider environmental goals.

At the Heart of the Harbour

Guernsey Harbour is now EVie’s fifth location on the island, joining a growing network of pick-up points. Being based at the harbour makes it easy for passengers to start their journey as soon as they arrive.

Behind the scenes, the EVie team makes sure vehicles are fully charged, clean, and ready to go every day. A dedicated support line also helps customers with everything from app queries to first-time driving tips.

EVie also connects inter-island travellers. With vehicles available at both Guernsey and Jersey harbours, passengers can step straight off the ferry and into a car on either side of their trip.

Almost 10,000 Trips and Counting

Since the start of 2025, EVie users across the Channel Islands have already completed nearly 10,000 trips – a milestone that reflects the growing demand for sustainable, shared transport.

Every journey in an EVie car helps reduce emissions, cut congestion, and support a cleaner, greener island environment.

Looking Ahead

The Guernsey Harbour launch is just the beginning. EVie plans to expand its fleet at the harbour, making sustainable travel even more convenient for both residents and visitors.
