Guernsey Airport declared a full emergency at 1128 today, following a report of smoke in the cockpit of a single engine private aircraft, which was en-route from the UK to Jersey. The aircraft diverted into Guernsey Airport landing safely at 1139. There was one person on board and no reported injuries. This incident is unlikely to lead to any delays on commercial flights.
